Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from Kothai through our website or mobile application.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel their order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact us using the details provided below.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that are customized or personalized
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

This exclusion does not apply to items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Kothai reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Exchanges will be made for the same item, subject to availability.

Return Process

Once a return request is approved:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup, or
  • You may be required to ship the product back to our designated address

Kothai is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service.

Returns will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of:

  • The damaged product
  • The outer and inner packaging

Important Notes on Damage

Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery is not eligible for return or replacement. 

Minor printing or packaging variations that do not affect gameplay are not considered damage

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving a return or replacement

Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of return approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
