Shipping Charges

Serviceable Locations
Currently, orders are shipped to locations within India that are serviceable by our logistics partners. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be possible.

Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Kothai shall not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. The customer shall bear any additional costs incurred for re-delivery.
